Appalling customer service - do not use this company under any circumstances. Bought a Raspberry Pi from them for my son for Christmas and they have repeatedly and wilfully ignored all emails since. This all despite a promise that items would be returned/refunded if they were notified within seven days of the sale (had emails from them confirming receipt). Rude, unfprofessional, and untrustworthy.
