If you want to protect yourself and your kids, stay far away. Constant mold issues that never get fixed properly, leading to health problems. They will also raise your rent every renewal no matter what. They should face RICO charges on top of the fraud and mold charges that they already get sued for.
By far the worst housing experience I have ever had. What is it going to take for something to actually be done about housing on Tinker?? Please do your research before signing a lease with Balfour Beatty. I have so many regrets and they do not care. These homes are so bad they really should be torn down. All housing cares about is saving money and taking yours. So sad. The homes on Tinker have a history of mold, asbestos, sewage issues, ect. UPDATE and being charged OVER $400 later. This housing had no interest in helping us through the countless problems we encountered with the house while we lived in it but have absolutely no problem taking all our money in the end. We are being charged almost $100 for a fridge drawer that CAME broken when we moved in. They make you log and sign anything that may not be in perfect condition when first moving in and clearly that paper means nothing since the already broken drawer is now on us. They also told us not to worry abo... read more
