It’s like a competition to be as rude as possible or something
Hands down, the absolute WORST facility in the United States military. Never once a good experience. From the nurses arguing with me about what referrals I told the Doctor my son needed to waiting over an HOUR - EVERY. SINGLE. VISIT. People are rude, unwilling to help (even patience advocacy was a freaking JOKE), and not just incompetent but ignorant as well. Literally the worst in every avenue. Save yourself some pain and suffering and go to urgent care instead and pay the bill.
I have been getting texts and automated calls from them NONSTOP! I have nothing to do with them AT ALL. Then, when you go to call them to ask why they are hounding you, no one picks up for anything! WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THIS NONSENSE?!?
