I just want to say I had a bad experience here. I made an appointment for a perm yesterday and called to ask for more details about the service, but no one answered. I texted them but received no response. At 12:30 PM today, I went to confirm the appointment. They knew I was a foreigner with poor English, and they didn't explain the service I had chosen. Miranda was awesome. Superior cut and color and great advice on daily care for my hair. She fit me in on a last minute appointment. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again when I am back in town.
