I was going through a lot medically and financially and Tinisha and her team were professional, friendly, and polite. I felt like I was speaking to a friend every time we spoke. She and her team helped me navigate through a very trying time. You can count on Tinisha and her team. I feel she is very much against family meaning, Parents, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins. She made us feel that since we are a close knit family that is a bad thing. She spent more time with my daughters ex and his girlfriend (he was still married to my daughter while he had this girlfriend) I feel she became buddy buddy with her and I feel that she took his side because of that. Horrible communication. She'll say one thing and mean something completely different. She'll say something bad about you, and then when you ask why she said it she won't tell you why she said that. Definitely don't recommend.
