Great dental office! Dr Freed and office staff are polite and professional.
I've gone here for years and they have always been welcoming and kind. I've felt comfortable always and they keep their patients best interest in mind
Dr Ting Ting is a wonderful dentist, she is gentle and very calm. She has changed my views of going to the dentist and is super polite and goes slow/gives breaks during cavity fillings. Her dental nurse Nikki is amazing, funny and charming!
I went last year to get a crown after root canal. My temporary crown broke in an hour, and the real crown broke after 10 weeks when I was eating kimchi soup! Dr. Zhu installed the crown on Oct 3rd, did a ton of adjustments to the crown, and it broke on Dec 18th. She claimed that it was due to my biting habits and my short teeth, so she said she would replace it only if I cut my gum. So I went to a different dentist for a second opinion.
