After about 2 years of treatment, suddenly there's no medication. Won't answer calls, won't reply to any requests, nothing. We live 2 hours away from Las Cruces, and we went there personally to question them, the front desk then said: "We'll send the med to your city two weeks from now." It's been almost a month and still NOTHING. RUN at all costs.
Dr. Ting himself is not too bad. However, I live outside of Las Cruces. It is impossible to get someone on the phone from this clinic. Whenever my meds run out, my nurse can't get the staff to respond or send the meds to us. I wouldn't recommend this clinic if you live out of town. I'm looking for another clinic that is more responsive.
Time for him to retire. My visit lasted 2 1/2 hours, he repeats the same questions over and over. He said he was going to order me medication but it was never ordered. Then I get a bill that’s not correct. The doctor and staff are nice people that’s all I can say that’s positive about my visit. I will never go back and I tell everyone I know not to go to him. Please retire Dr. Ting you are wasting peoples time and money coming to you
