Beware! Avoid this plumber!!! Vinnie was incredibly unresponsive to our requests for an appointment. He told us to call his office for an appointment, which we did many times and no one ever picked up the phone or called us back after leaving a ton of messages. We called Vinnie on his cell phone but he said the best way to get service was through his office. Good luck with that!
The guys at Tinervia are top notch plumbers. Nothing left to chance, everything is thought through and executed flawlessly.
Left a message on the VM. Called back and was very rude. Asked how he was getting paid. When I advised that he then said nope, and gave me an astronomical amount just to dispatch. Needs to learn business etiquette.
