Paid $21,000 for panel upgrade and bringing my house to code. The panel “upgrade” included a bunch of old, used breakers that were rusty and manufactured before I was born. Bought a new washer and dryer thinking there was something wrong with mine because how could there be issues with “new” breakers? They sent someone out, who said they replaced the old ones. A few days later, I have no power in My kitchen. The problem? More old, rusted breakers. Office staff refuses to let me speak to anyone in management. Stay away!
My grandparents had an electrical emergency in the early morning hours. They called Tine/Dale and they were there within a half hour. They quickly found the problem and explained how they would fix it. They made my grandparents feel comfortable and welcome with their level of professionalism and service. Tine and Dale should proud of the two electricians they sent us!
Terrible company, no respect. They do fire alarm testing at my apartment and don’t bother knocking on your door. They just unlock your door and walk in.
