Needed to get an EV charger installed. Office staff had no idea how to help me and was unable to help me adequately prepare for the intallation. As a result, the eletrician showed up and we could only do half the job because we didnt' have all the needed materials. Then, on the return visit, I was charged another $400 for the second trip, for work that took <1 hour to finalize. The most difficult part, is that for the EV rebate, I needed receipts. I had to ask for receipts like 5 times!!!! :(
Tine Dale upgraded our service to 200 amps, put in a generator outlet, interlock switch, whole house surge protector, and a 50 amp car charging outlet. Add in a new breaker panel, GFCI circuit breaker, new exterior meter panel mount (replaced rotting plywood). I found their technicians focused, helpful and flexible. Corey and his team were excellent! As a first-time pool owner, they were able to walk me through potential uses for outlets in the area surrounding the pool, something the prior electrician working with the pool company had not done. They helped select materials and placement for outlets that would complement the aesthetics of the area.
