Tindol Ford Body Shop is by far the BEST body shop in NC! I was on the receiving end of a hit and run. I dreaded the entire process of dealing with it. From the moment I walked in the door, Jessica Dimmer and Randy Hartsoe made me feel right at home and took my stress level from ten to zero. They took care of EVERYTHING! I initially received satisfactory service, but once my insurance company deemed my vehicle a total loss, the situation changed. The parts removed from my car were not returned to the vehicle before it was transferred. I was given conflicting explanations about their handling, and no one informed me that the parts had not been collected or asked whether I wished to keep them. After inquiring about my missing parts, only a few useless pieces were recovered. This occurred before I closed my insurance claim.

Staff is very friendly. Body work looks magnificent! I chose to use Tindol because I bought my mustang from them in 2020 and I take it to them for all things! Tindol has always given me great service. This was the first time using the body shop. I will say that there will be a wait (at least in my situation) because it was around the holiday (Christmas and New Year). The only thing I wish had gone differently was the communication.
