I have been using their services for years. Hands down the best service and response you can ever have. Always reliable and always best service.
Excellent service all around. Used them to do yearly maintenance on our heater and again to replace the water faucets to our washing machine. Kevin was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and clean! Considering the cost of everything today, I was amazed at the cost and will use them for more projects. Very pleased and highly recommend!
My 15 yr old AO Smith was retired due to leakage. I called PSE&G WorryFree and the representative came and confirmed the replacement. I selected 0% interest and 0 down pay installments. The sub-contract plumbing is Tindall & Ranson. Andrew from T& R arrived my house at 8 AM on Saturday and got the work done smoothly at 10AM. Andrew was very impressed by professional and efficient. After installation and cleaning, Andrew went through the instruction of gas water heater.
Some miserable dude came into my sister in law's house and immediately copped an attitude and tried to rip her off over $5000.00 for a $1100.00 water heater and complained about a birds nest that did not exist. This guy either didn't want to do the job or wanted to try and rip off an older woman who he hoped didn't know any better. Buyer beware with this company.
My water heater went yesterday. Tindall Ranson had a plumber at my house the next day and earlier than we had anticipated. The plumber, Luciano, was very knowledgeable, detailed and understanding. He did amazing work, and rather quickly. There was no mess to clean afterwards and he left a very good impression on us.. I will definitely be using Tindall Ranson for future repairs..
