I took my niece here for her first manicure, my first time in this place. I wanted her to have the full experience. They didn't do anything, but paint her nails and put stickers on. I could've done that at home. Manicure was basic, no lotion or massage. Beautiful Nails on BigBend offers amazing service, full mani pedi at a reasonable price, always a thorough job, too.

Steer clear, a dip manicure turned out thick and sloppy and almost immediately started chunking off. When I returned to the shop the next day, I was told that I had banged my nails around and it was my fault which was not the case. Poor work, poor customer service.

I came in this salon for a simple manicure on my natural nails on a Wednesday evening. I was serviced quickly however the older lady that did my nails was quite rude. I assumed it was because she didnt speak much English but her mannerisms were rude as well. Also nipped my nail and while bleeding just added glue to stop it. I should have stopped her there but it happended so fast. One star is a bit of a stretch to be honest. The owner is rude and the dip manicure was thick, poorly applied and began chipping off the same day...
