worse experience i’ve had. i purchased a car from here and not even a week later, with minimal use, the car was inoperable… had it taken back and waited HOURS for the fix and then i barely made it a few blocks from the shop before the same issue that i came in for happened again. If I could give negative stars I could even to look at the car I was charged 350 then I brought the parts in another 350 then the car still had the exact same problem I kept going back the mechanic either was on vacation or didn’t have time to see me . Terrible service . Will charge you 300 for looking at the car and even if u bring the parts they charge u for new parts anyway .

excessive pricing, unnecessary repairs being recommended, long wait times, poor communication about the problem and cost, damaged parts during repairs, not fixing the original issue, never again

Les pedí que arreglaran el resorte de mi rueda. Estoy MUY contento y feliz de haber encontrado este garaje. Mi único problema es que anuncian que hacen "breaks", así que cuando pedí un descuento me dijeron que no había "breaks". ¿Por qué anunciar eso entonces?
