Poor customer service, I been emailing them for days now via email and IG no response I bought two dresses which are lovely but did not fit will not order here again and I’ll make sure that I tell my friends about it $100 down the drain for me

I should have looked up reviews before purchasing here. I can see why their ratings are so low. I bought 2 dresses from here, one was white and very transparent, the material is very thin, a bad idea for a form fitting white dress. You can completely see through it, cheap material. The other did not look like the picture at all, the pictures are probably very edited/filtered. I ordered 2 dresses I like the style but the color DOES NOT LOOK LIKE IN THE PICTURE
If you order and return something: YOU DONT GET TAXES BACK, STORE CREDIT ONLY & YOU CANNOT GET THE SALE PRICE, nor FREE SHIPPING (you pay for the next shipping). I came at a loss of $30 plus lost out on 20% (an additional $40). I lost $70 by making an initial purchase of $237.
