BEWARE to have your time wasted if you make an appointment and she doesn’t see you as a customer worthy keeping around. If I could leave negative stars, I would. My husband made a 10:45am appointment and we got there. She wasn’t even at the shop. Kept telling my husband that she was 5 minutes away. We drove up from VA with a baby and a toddler to make it to the appointment on time. She still wasn’t there by 11am so we left.
