The guy is good. Period.
Checked in with the QR code at the front desk and sat down , ten minutes ahead of scheduled appointment. 40 minutes later still not called in. Checked with the receptionist and told her I had a 9 o’clock appt She stated that it was canceled because I was late. I told her that I checked in with the QR code and she stated that it was useless because it didn’t notify the office staff I was here. They got me in but an hour appointment lasted two hours
I was treated professionally by all staff and Dr. Banter explained things to me.
I had an excellent experience with this office, and I felt that my doctor was so professional and also so kind and took her time explaining exactly what was wrong with my eye and also what the treatment was going to be going forward. I appreciated her spending the time with me
