From receptionist to meeting with Dr Xia, my experience was seamless! Everyone I interacted with was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging.
I contacted Dr Xia office and had already went previously - each time the same hispanic receptionist was rude! I needed to make an appointment bc i was referred for surgery and the receptionist was super rude not once but twice- once in person and once on the phone. The doctor is only as good as her staff and vice versa. It is unacceptable to hang up bc u were rude and disrespectful to a client.
The staff is caring, professional and very patient centered as is Dr Xia. I highly recommend b this practice!
