Tina is super nice and very professional . She was really helpful and patient with our questions and requests throughout our journey of becoming first time home buyers. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. My partner and I would recommend her a 1000%.
Tina helped us purchase our first home and 10 years later helped us sell our first home. We could not have asked for more helpful, trustful, and comforting guidance throughout both processes. Tina was available whenever we needed her and her counsel was appreciated whenever we asked her for it.
We worked with Tina for almost 2 years in search of our first home, she did a really good job and we eventually found one we liked. Very good attention to details and she put our priorities ahead of everything.
Tina was our introduction to the Comox Valley. She helped us purchase a beautiful acerage in the fall of 2020. Her knowledge of properties and the neighborhoods was invaluable. Her patience and warm personality were a welcome respite from the turbulent property market in 2020. We rehired Tina in early 2026 to sell our property. Her marketing approach and contacts helped us to secure a quick sale. We are very thankful for Tina's help in both the purchase and sale of our Comox Valley property.
10 out of 10 “I wholeheartedly recommend Tina Vincent. Over the past 10 years, she has guided us through multiple home purchases and sales, always with professionalism and expertise. Her deep understanding of the market and keen insights made every transaction smooth and stress-free. What truly sets her apart is her genuine care for her clients; she took the time to understand our needs and provided invaluable guidance throughout the process. Beyond being a fantastic Realtor, she’s become a trusted friend. If you’re looking ... read more
