I’ve never really felt like I’ve had a good PCP or doctor experience until I met Dr. Luu. For that reason, I’ve generally avoided doctors and when I’m sick I just let my body recover naturally. I have been a patient of Dr. Luu secondary to going to the VA. She's very friendly and professional. She sit down when asking me if I have any concerns regarding health and ability to care for myself or do routine chores and responds to me by name. I feel I can trust her and speak to her about anything. She does not rush through her visit and her staff if respectful, patient and gentle which impresses me to open up to share my concerns. She’s incredibly thorough and always takes the time to listen to my concerns, providing personalized care that’s second to none. Her nurse, Cynthia, is equally outstanding—always helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. I feel very fortunate to have a doctor who genuinely cares about my health and well-being. Highly recommend!
You can always count on Dr Luu. She will take time to listen to you. To me it’s very important between pt and doctor relationship. And very responsive to my chart messaging. She will always be on top of it . Especially if you have labs drawn or test/ procedure done.
Dr. Luu is the most compassionate and knowledgeable primary care physician we've had, with flexibility in scheduling and a highly efficient office. Her assistant, Cynthia, is also wonderful.
