I paid out of pocket $200 for her to laugh at me and do nothing, give me zero follow up advice or information. said I need a specialist but didnt say who or what. my arm is almost unusable at this time the next day. Methodist has a new check in when you come to see your doctor. It is a do ity yourself in a large computer screen. It was easy to follow and quick to check in. As usual, Cynthia, Dr. Luu's nurse, was very polite, efficient and professional.
