Methodist has a new check in when you come to see your doctor. It is a do ity yourself in a large computer screen. It was easy to follow and quick to check in. As usual, Cynthia, Dr. Luu's nurse, was very polite, efficient and professional. Dr. Luu ALWAYS makes you feel heard and that you are an important patient to her, you don't feel rushed and feel my concerns are valid. I really like Dr. Luu and Cynthia. Dr. Luu is the best!
I love Methodist west. But do not like new Kiosks. They will cost doctors $$$$$$ making my own appointment, is not customer friendly.
Dr Luu was great! She was very cheerful and positive for a nervous teen.
