I was referred to her and I won't be back. She wasn't interested in what I had to say and seemed distant. She started off with a list of things I don't have, eg; brain mass, stage 4 cancer ( I'm stage 3). I've never had a brain mass. I had to correct her on most everything she said that was going on with me. I went away with zero resolution and a feeling of high anxiety. I'll now be going without my med, missing a dose, due to this office calling into the pharmacy the very thing I told them was discontinued. Trying to find someone to explain this to on their phone tree is impossible. I found a new Rheumatologist elsewhere, hopefully, they've already answered the phone on my first try, refreshing!
I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr Shah and her staff. I would recommend her without hesitation.
This is the worst doctor I have ever met in my entire life, and I’ve seen many doctors over the years. This rheumatologist was dismissive from the moment she walked in. She rushed through the appointment, reacted with smirking and eye-rolling while I explained my symptoms, and made it clear she wasn’t interested in listening. I’ve had 3 appointments with Dr Shah over the course of the last 9 months. My diagnosis is new to me and I came to this practice after a bad experience elsewhere. Each visit, I feel heard…Dr Shah listened with empathy and I’ve never felt rushed. We’ve had to make adjustments to medications as we determine which ones are a good fit.
