Very professional.
As a new patient and new to Little Rock, I happened upon Dr. Nichols office as it is located close to my house. I felt welcome from the minute I walked in the office door. The staff are unbelievably attentive and make you feel special and unique. I have never felt that going to a dentist office or any medical office. And Christy really spent the time to welcome me and walk me through a treatment plan. And….. sent me a handwritten welcome and thank you note, via snail mail! I have found my dental home for years to come.
The office environment is fantastic. Maybe you need to check the materials used in making a temporary crown. Mine broke while eating potato salad.
Love Dr. Nichols and Dinah! Everyone is wonderful there and I enjoy my visits.
