Giving one star solely on the fact that I called at 6:10 on a Saturday and asked if I could come in for a pedicure and the woman who answered said they were closed. Online it says they close at 7.
I have been going to Tina nails for so many years now. She knows my whole family and I’ve brought friends. Her and her husband Jimmy and their team are very hard workers and very professional. I think the bad reviews on here are mostly about the availability because she is very popular and gets a lot of business. The way they do Nails here from making sure my nails don’t thin out, to the scrub they use for the pedicures, to the hot towels they always use makes it a very luxury experience each time. Tina Nails was recommended by a friend and I’m so glad I came! I was weary after reading a few bad reviews but my experience was nothing but great and relaxing. Kim did my pedicure and was so gentle when removing my old gel polish- no harsh drill. She took her time making my toenails perfect. I also love that she let me try on the color before committing to it. She spent about 30 mins giving me a massage which I LOVED. Jimmy did my manicure and was also so gentle and took his time. Truly the best of the best. I drive 45 minutes just to see Tina because she’s absolutely worth it every time. The staff are all so kind, attentive, and genuinely care about their clients. Tina’s attention to detail is unmatched, her space is always clean and welcoming, and my nails consistently turn out beautiful. I always leave happy and excited for my next visit. Highly, highly recommend!
