Staff refused entry to my trained service animal and demanded a vest and proof of certification — both illegal under federal law. When I asserted my rights, staff became aggressive and a customer joined in. I left shaken without service. Bad vibes, ugly management, and not a great look for a Pacific Grove business.

BEST NAIL SALON EVER. By far the best pedicure I have experienced. I have had someone different almost every time, and each and everyone showed great attention to detail. The staff is very kind and professional. The space is clean and beautiful. Very reasonably priced for the area as well!

I have been a client of Tina's for almost 10 years now and have never looked back. She and all of her staff treat their customers like family and are very meticulous with their work. The salon itself beautiful and very clean.

New to the area & came across a Reddit thread that recommended Tina’s nails in PG. They did not disappoint! Everyone was welcoming and friendly and they did a wonderful job on my nails. Best builder gel manicure I’ve ever had, not exaggerating. Photos attached are my inspo, result, and 4 weeks later. I work in healthcare and am frequently washing my hands/using hand sanitizer and am very rough with my nails at home (cleaning, dishes, etc) & they have held up for 4 weeks.
