Unbelievable! I sent my daughter in today for a pedicure, and they dug into her toes until she bled! This is horrific! I am wrapping her toes in gauze and antibacterial ointment! And… What a horrible lumpy painting job for $65? Looks like it was done by a five year-old, who probably would’ve done better! I am absolutely flabbergasted!
This chop shop has no respect for anybody and are lazy. Do not get your nails done here unless you want to be cut up and botched…
Their card is very misleading!! It says if you have 9 visits and get your card stamped then you get a free manicure but that is not the case. They scam you by putting “minimum 13” which you think is the amount to spend each visit. Do not spend your hard earned money here, they are money hungry and rush you get you out of the shop. Disgusting and very disappointing! I was a loyal customer and thought in return that they would provide good service and treatment but the shop and treatment I received is completely unacceptable.
I arrived at 7pm mind you they say they close at 8pm and theyre already closed. The hours are not accurate.
I want to be clear that I came here four times before I chose to write this review. This shop has become a chop shop where they just rush people in and out. I got a wax today for the first time and my legs were left with patches and bruises. When I asked for her to stop that I would just pay for the services and go that I was not satisfied. She told me she was doing me a favor by giving me a discount. I work hard for my money. I am a very good tipper and I always call in advance and I’m very polite to the staff.
