Dr Motazedi is very good listener and willing to help you to develop a plan to solve your health issues. Her assistant Angelica is very good as well.
I haven't had a opportunity to visit this Dr yet however the appointment system, as well as records retrieval is dysfunctional at best. Im sick and I need help, seeking a second opinion, however getting past the actual customer service part to have everything in place for the appointment has been a nightmare.
Terrible appointemet system! They try to ignore patients and not responsible for even ER cases! I wish at first I didn't reach out to this office 02/21/2024
