I received a quote and scheduled an appointment. No one ever showed up or contacted me. I called and left 3 voicemails. No one returned my calls.
Tina maids Cannonsburg It was an empty house. Asked to clean baseboards, kitchen and baths. Nothing was done! They spent their day hanging out at my new home! Awful! Didn't touch a baseboard,, sink and cabinets never touched! Awful! Don't call them unless you have money to throw away. Shame on this company, the owner and your employees. Terrible
This is the worst cleaning company in Pittsburgh. The maids arrived late without calling or giving a heads up, and there is no contact information to get in touch. But even worse, the cleaning was terrible. Our landlords charged us due to the poor cleaning service of this team. I asked them specifically to vacuum a rug in the basement, they did not do that. They didn’t clean the fridge or large areas of the master bathroom. I have contacted two different email addresses asking for this to be fixed before giving a poor review... read more
This is a "proceed with caution" review. We scheduled a move-out deep cleaning for a house we were selling in Fayette County that we inherited from a family member. We live an hour away from the property in Allegheny County. We scheduled a cleaning appointment for June 13th, confirmed it the Friday before the appointment with the office, and then went to the property at 9am on June 13th. No one showed, and no one could locate the owner or the company or find out where the scheduled workers were. So, we wasted half a day driv... read more
