Sadly I had an unpleasant experience today. While dealing with an extremely stressful work emergency, I called to advise the office I would not make it to my teeth whitening appointment. The person who answered the phone huffed and said “we have a $99 cancellation fee” and we will need documentation of your emergency to excuse the fee.
