The staff was very welcoming and friendly as always. Check in was quick and I had hardly any wait time. Dr Joseph always takes the time to listen to my health concerns and with her help and medical guidance I have made great strides to achieve my health goals. I also appreciate all the help when it comes to navigating prescription and prior authorization requirements.
I had an appointment at 3:15, but arrived early. I was checked in, saw Dr. Joseph, had lab work and was on my way by 3:20. The staff is very friendly while also being very professional. My questions were answered satisfactorily.
