Minimal wait to be called into exam room. Dr Joseph was very thorough and answered all my questions.
Love her!!! She always has a smile on her face, she makes you feel comfortable, she really listens, and takes whatever time is necessary, you don't feel rushed through. Plus she is thorough. I driver further to go to her and it's worth it!!
First time seeing Dr.Joseph. Smart Dr that knows her stuff who took time to explain things, ask if I had questions, and if I needed anything repeated or written down. She reviewed yesterday results quickly and made sure I knew what yhey meant and next steps. Great PCP!
Feeling really disappointed and let down. Had an appointment scheduled had to wait a whole month out to be told we pushed you appointment till Monday. Having thyroid issue and need addressed So today is Monday 8am and got turned away because the office staff once again didn’t do their part. After being told the manger of the office staff doesn’t do her job and comes in whenever she wants too. Not good.
