We visited the Harrison location for a simple ADHD diagnosis for my daughter. We paid our bill in the office directly after the appointment ( over $300)! We have been receiving bills in the mail for the same appointment, I thought this must have been a mistake and they now have turned the account over to collections even though I have the receipt proving payment.
