Best massage therapist on the Central Coast. Tina has years of experience and is fully knowledgeable in treating pain and soreness associated with trigger points. Tina is able to relieve any type of pain or soreness that I may be experiencing. She also finishes up our sessions with a full explanation of what she did and instructs me on stretching exercises to help relieve my issues until our next session.
Tina is the best massage therapist that I have ever been to. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a massage. I have been going to her for over 15 years and have always been very happy. She knows her stuff and is able to work on those areas that need a little special attention. I always feel rejuvenated.
