I was looking for land to purchase in SC while living in PA. Tina was extremely informative and in my opinion went above and beyond. Tina was patient with us as I needed alot of information and provided with a smile. I feel lucky to have met her and to have her handle my purchase.

Tina was amazing. She helped me find the perfect house, walked me through all the steps, and was extremely patient with me when I had some things come up. Tina was always available whenever I had a question, needed advice, or to reassure me. She was excellent at negotiations, helping me land the house of my dreams at the right price with added incentives. She was always there, whether it be to help out during my pre-purchase orientation (blue tape day), the pre-closing walk through or at closing. I highly recommend Tina.
