Dr. Burns is very rude, I had to which doctors because of insurance luckily I get to go back to my previous doctor. This doctor told me to call my insurance about a procedure I needed done. I thought the nurses or someone from her office did that I have never had to do that before. I did contact my insurance company and they said your doctor’s office is suppose to contact us and the insurance company contacted her office. The nursing staff is nice and professional. My coworker recommended her, but she says she is rude to her... read more

Nurses do not follow up with referring to other physician. And info online in your chart is not updated. Dr. Burns is OK, she doesn't investigate well to get to root of problems. As with most Dr.office you are just another $$$ .
I booked an appointment for my daughter and me three weeks ahead. The weekend before the appointment I received two automated calls confirmation for our appointments, then two days before our appointment, I got a call from a lady to say that we had to cancel our appointments as they had double booked for that day. Very disappointing and obviously not a very organised practice.
