Tina Allen is an Outstanding Real Estate Agent. We have purchased two different houses with using Tina as a Buyers Agent. She is very Knowledgeable of the market and helped us work our best deal. We will use her again next time we buy, and I have recommended her to several friends and family.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tina. She made the sale of my house extremely pleasant. She guided my through the process, advised me as to what I would need to sell my house, and got me what I needed to sell my house. She even stayed calm when I was late to the closing(sorry about being lost.) I can't wait to work with Tina again when I buy a new house!

I live out of town and needed to sale a rental property. A family member recommended I call Tina Allen. She was prompt with always returning my calls/emails. She explained every step of the process. I felt she kept me informed & updated. This was not a "high price" piece of property yet I believe Tina worked very hard to get it sold.

We have used Tina to buy 2 homes and sell one and we will never use anyone but her. She was beyond accommodating and our experience was flawless. What could have been a stressful experience was made pleasant by Tina. We found a home we loved buy had to sell our existing home I order to buy it. Tina sold our house within 45 minutes of listing.

Tina has been wonderful to work with! I actually flew in without my husband, and we were able to find a house in a weekend! As first time home buyers, she has been more than helpful! There is a lot of stuff that we did not know, but Tina was on top of everything!
