Had a great experience, everyone was welcoming friendly and very respectful! My hair is soo beautiful they executed EXACTLY what I wanted! They were also Quick! I got there about 1:30 and left out at 4:15 ish! The environment is clean as well I loved and I love my hair highly recommend! I will be going back! Thank you Tina

I had an unfortunate and disappointing hair appointment due to miscommunication. I asked for small boho braids and ended up receiving box braids with human hair at the ends. I completely explained to the woman there exactly what I wanted. I ended up paying $270 for a style that I did not want at all. She did nothing to fix it. I am also upset that I was not informed prior to the service that I would be getting my hair done at a house instead of a business location. First time here. I had to take a Star for timeliness. My appointment was at 7, been getting notifications since the appointment was approved. I arrived at 7 I called, knocked, and sent a text, but didn’t get let in until 745 and hair started shortly after 8. No, I didn’t receive a discount and yes, I still tipped! I got Senegalese twists and they are really cute, much tighter than I thought they’d be (not bad), just not a fan of how shiny the dipped ends look.
