I recently boarded 5 dogs over a Saturday night at Tin Woof Inn in Frankfort, KY. I was charged a late pick up fee for an after 10 AM pickup, even though the the business didn’t open I til 3 PM!! Tin Woof refuses to remove the $72 charge for day boarding, aka late checkout fee. I spoke with the manager, Mary, and told her to have the owner call me.
