I ordered a Dolly Parton tank from Tin Rose online, and after 2 weeks I never received it. I contacted them and they informed me they didn't have it in stock after all and issued a refund. I tried asking for another size but no one responded back. I was bummed about the tank and thought they should have contacted me with this issue instead if me having to contact them 2 weeks after �
