All of the above. I called another company, AJ Perry for a service call. They originally installed my system 13 years ago. They told me that my gas valve was defective along with a "fried PC board" & Defective thermostat. $4000.00 Repair bill. They advised to replace the entire system. $21000.00 but they could do it if I agreed to do it on Tuesday because they needed the work for $13000.00..We are close to 80 years old & live on a fixed income. The TIN MAN has a Real Heart! AC quit during recent 90+ degree day. My reg hvac picked up my cell call at 7 AM, he was in Florida, recommended TinMan- sent a text, quick response phone call, and he was on his way within hours! Readily diagnosed power issue - checked connections - flipped switches - - All Good to Go! Central air unit was cooling house & my elderly GSD in no time. TIN MAN REFUSED PAYMENT! claiming he hadn't done much- Least I can do is to HIGHLY RECOMMEND TIN MAN. He has experience and is stand-up honest. :)
