Such a cute ice cream shop with a great atmosphere! We stopped in after a long hike with our kids. The two girls working, Lanaea and Mylee were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and professional. We witnessed them handling a very rude customer with so much patience and kindness, and they stayed calm and respectful the entire time. Their customer service was genuinely impressive. Definitely worth stopping in if you’re in Crested Butte!
Service was atrocious. Very rude and touched the waffle cone with bare hands. No sanitary precautions and basically kicked us out the door before we ordered. Said what you see is what I’ve got. Walked away from the register before payment went through and added himself a tip without our consent. Disappointing for resort lodge ice cream parlor.
Open late even in the winter, The ice cream was really good and there was plenty of seating. We just stopped for a quick cup, But they were making fresh waffle cone so we had to get that
Would love to rate this higher, but the employee closed 30 minutes early and so our group was unable to try it out. They should update their hours online if they aren’t accurate.
