Called me two days before my pre-op appointment to let me know I needed an x-ray and bloodwork done after I asked the lady if I needed to get anything done when I initially called. Then they tell me I would have to postpone an life saving procedure if I can't get it done. The surgery is not even being done by them so they expect everyone to conform to their mistake. Also the front staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.

So we have never seen the Dr. so I don’t know how the dr is. But my complaint is on his staff answer the phones. I set my husband up for his initial appointment. I called to set him up for everything. I was hung up 4 times on. Was told his insurance was something I didn’t even provide for them. Was also told my husband never had a profile or appointment set up. 2 appointments that were set up and were not ever actually set up on their end. Just very abrupt and it's very hard to talk to him because it's just very short and strict. I feel sick and he didn't even look in my throat just only focused on what I'm doing wrong for my health basically told me to stop eating every thing except lean meat and veggies. I couldn't barely talk about how I'm feeling he just cut me off. And when you call for appointments they leave you on hold for a very long time. Everyone in there is cold and not very personable.
