Never had a good experience here. They're rude and arrogant. They were rude at my Mom's funeral, my nephews and my brothers. I asked to see my brother one last time and they told me the casket was sealed. I guess they think no one knows how a casket operates. Definitely would not recommend them, not near as professional as Boyd's in Marion.
Nichole was very helpful on handling my dad’s arrangements.
So helpful in our time of need, thank you. I recommend them to anyone in need. Walked us through everything with compassion and kindness. Great job.
