Circuit training and boxercise on a Thursdays at 7pm till 8pm is AWESOME fun! A great all round workout, and as hard as you want to make it. Much recommend. There is a fantastic community library and cafe at the back. A really useful building that should really be used a lot more than it is. Quite a lot of potholes in the carpark so watch your 19 inch alloys on those!
A small hall joint with a small library it is perfect for small group activities there is a shared carpark with the co op so limited spaces there is free WiFi with password on the wall in hall next to the door although password should probably be changed to something more simple as it's a like the original ones that's really long so a pain to use.
