Called Tim’s to see about getting basic maintenance done.. 2001 GMC TOPKICK forestry bucket…(new serpentine belt, and to have a look at why my wipers were being intermittent). The guy on the phone was very rude and not interested at all in giving me the time of day, and said take it to the GMC dealer. .
These people are GREAT! I have used in the past and booked an appointment previously, BUT this time, we dropped a truck off unexpectedly and just told them to get it done when they can as we were not in a rush. 2 days later we were told the truck is ready and ready for pick up! That NEVER happeneds! Highly recommend! Super nice too!
