me and my moms car broke down while in Ely this weekend, but we are so grateful to have broke down right next to tim’s. he figured out what was wrong, ordered the part, and had us on the road the very next day. we still can not believe how blessed we were to have tim’s help. Everyone in town knew him and i just wanted to say another thank you:)
My truck won’t start while in Ely and walked over to Tim’s Napa. He came to our rescue and jump started my truck right away and replaced my battery in a short time. No hesitations. I had a problem with my car coming out of the bwca - tim really came to the rescue. He helped get special parts from the twin cities in just a day and was able to squeeze the repair in asap. If I EVER have auto repair needs in Ely again, I will without question, 100% be going to Tim.
