So, in July 2017 I took a 1998 Jeep Wrangler with transfer case in to be replaced. I said the case has a 5 yr warranty but only if installed by a certified mechanic. At this time Bill said, "The shop is certified". Well, 7 months later my transfer case got a crack on the bottom and I needed a copy of their certification.
