Have been going there for years. We own several older cars that have needed some repair or other. They have always been polite and explained what ever was needed. Joanne
Fraudulent, rude, arrogant. Insulted me when i entered the store. Sold me one "new" tire for $170 which in 10 miles turned into a flat tire. Took it to the nearest car shop (good one-Monro) where they told be there was no way the tire was new and that it had completely worn out tread. called her back and she told me she would rescind the transaction but she needed the busted tire back. I live 100 miles away. She is 10 minutes from the shop that took the tire. I left her the name and address of the shop and their phone number... read more
