SCAM Warning!!! Worst service we've ever received. I've put in a claim with Fair Trading and HIGHLY recommend everyone steer clear of this company for any service. Their website advertises tile and grout cleaning and shows fabulous before and afters using a professional steam cleaner. I was quoted $7/m2 via email and I was requesting tile and grout cleaning on 2 bathrooms, 1 main living area, and kitchen - a total of 47m2 by the technician. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Scamming people. Caused damage to my property. Overcharging.
We paid $100 for a callout fee for a guy named Andy to come by and give us a quote on grout cleaning for our kitchen. He came and gaves us a verbal quote of $700 and booked in for Friday 21st between 8 to 10pm. Not only did he show up, but he had the audacity to say the work cannot be done for $700 but for $2200, for a small kitchen floor! After multiple calls, one of the phone operators curses my wife, calling her a motherfu$&# and hangs up the phone, when she asked for the $100 callout fee to be refunded. Ive just had my shower regrouted by Tims Tile and Grout Cleaning Sydney. What an amazing job, I cant believe how great it looks. Great service and friendly people. LOVE, LOVE the job.
My tiles totally came up as new. Really nice and relaxed to deal with. Showed up exactly on time and tested a patch before he started to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend.
