They go above and beyond every time i have anything done and reasonable costs also
I bought a car from Tim's a couple of weeks ago. I noticed there was something wrong with it not even a week later. I brought my car back and asked if there was something they could do to help me out. Tim paid for the entire repair and gave me a rental during the whole process. The windshield on the rental also cracked, but they didn't have me pay a dime for anything.
We were traveling through Iowa and our car started beeping and flashing the danger triangle, then signaled to check the charging system. We contacted Tim and he came in the next day, he had planned to be closed! He checked everything over and there didn’t appear to be anything wrong. So he offered to charge us just an hour for the assessment, so we gave him a sizable tip! Thanks for helping out a couple wayward travelers!
I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and willingness to help us. We were moving from Omaha to Des Moines when our luck took a turn in Minden. After realizing our headlights had gone out because of a corroded fuse, we pulled over and thankfully did, because we also discovered our trailer tire was flat.
