They were very considerate, all of them and didn’t pressure me at all and even helped me get a great deal on insurance. Here’s the best part, I was at work and had a job to do at Unitil in lunenburg MA and the fleet manager asked me where I got my Cadillac and I told him. He was an older gentleman and even helped said “I know them and many that bought vehicles from them and no one had a single bad thing to say about them”, that speaks volumes. Very friendly and personable, great service by everyone we worked with. Process was easy and went smooth, everyone was so helpful and we would purchase from Tim's again as well as recommend to all of our friends and family. Charlie was extremely helpful with getting us into a great vehicle and Jessie walked us through the mechanical end of things which really made my wife more comfortable about making the vehicle purchase. Everyone was wonderful and so helpful , cant thank them enough.
