They’ve always treated me fairly have gone well above and beyond to make everything right and I have bought two trucks off them

After yesterday’s experience I am very unsatisfied with the service. Prior to yesterday’s incident I would highly recommend Tim’s. But I am now looking to service my car elsewhere when I was told I was financially responsible for a part they broke while fixing a different part on my car, my car is now unsafe to drive and am working with my lawyer to figure out what the next options are.
