Each winter when my tankless water heater malfunctions because it is not vented properly, I am reminded of Tim. When issues first arose, he told me to call the manufacturer rather than addressing the problem. He failed to relocate a drain to the proper location after several requests. Definitely not a 4.7 company.
I had them come out to a rental property to fix a wobbly toilet. My fault for not checking it when they were done; it still wobbled and they had to come back out. And it still wobbled a little bit after that. 3 stars because I should have checked their work before they left the property.
Very professional. Did excellent work rerouting water lines with as little damage to walls as possible. Highly recommend.
