We had a minor main drain emergency. I was able to talk to three services. Tim’s got back to me first, had the best price, could come the soonest, and did a clean professional job. No notes. It was perfect. There are still a few honest business people out there focused on giving people the best customer experience, especially when they’re going through an emergency. I’m always calling Tim’s first now.
Only a few days after moving into our new home the toilet got plugged enough that my husband had to go purchase a snake which didn’t work. We called Tim and shortly after, Ethan showed up and got it all fixed in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this service. Professional, timely and skilled! Ethan was very friendly, knew what he was doing and was very easy to work with. We very much appreciate their assistance on a Saturday!

TPU came and jetted our sewer line and did a fantastic job! They kept our basement clean and shared the video afterwards of the sewer line. Very conscientious and explained the issues with our sewer. Affordable service, highly recommend!
