I’ve found that Tim’s Pipes are enjoyable to work with. They answer the phone and are very responsive. Their technicians are friendly and obviously very competent. However, I’m puzzled about their pricing. About a month ago, the technician arrived at our house before the need for a drain cleaning was determined to be necessary. The toilet was plunged repeatedly with no results. After a long phone conversation with Tim, it was determined that the issue was a clogged drain. We had a clogged drain and they came first thing the next morning and cleared it. It's impressive as we are really far up north. Great service and extremely fair pricing.
