End of day sewer back up in our basement. My husband called numerous businesses that would make us wait a day or two, not Tim. Stopped on his way home from work. Plug was at the road! Thank you Tim!!
We had a great experience. They came out very quickly to unclog our sink and spent hours making sure everything was taken care of properly. The employees were extremely kind throughout the whole process.
Tim was great to work with, he came out promptly, assessed the situation, and made sure I was taken care of. When it turned out a longer drain cleaner was needed, he arranged for Gregg to come out. Gregg was just as professional and efficient, and quickly got the line cleared without any issues. I really appreciated the teamwork and communication between them. Both were courteous, knowledgeable, and focused on getting the job done right. Highly recommend!
We fought our Main drain on "our side" of the -City Sewer System- for a week with a hand snake. .. then another week with a hundred foot power snake .. then we called Tim's. An hour later we were back to flushing Clorox Wipes half a roll at a time. Thanks Tim.. I guess I'll see ya next year!
