Had an issue with our drain being plugged at home. Tim took the call, listened patiently, and explained what was most likely our issue. He had Greg at our house within an hour and a half. Greg was very professional and kind as well. You just don’t see customer service like this very often in the times we are in. Highly recommend these guys!!
Stone Plumbing recommended TPU for a bathtub drain issue. Tim replied to our call immediately, gave us an exact quote, and resolved the problem the next morning. Greg, the plumber that came out, was on time, courteous, patiently explained the work involved (old house, tricky fix), and carefully cleaned the work site before he left. We appreciate their professionalism and good work, highly recommended.
$500 for 5 mins to unclog a toilet on a weekend is what I classify as price gouging.
