"I had a terrible experience renting a slushy machine from Tim's Party Rental. The machine was in awful condition—it leaked everywhere, and one of the machines didn’t even work. Despite this, I was charged full price. When I returned the machine, they did a quick check and didn't mention any issues. The next day, I was shocked to see an extra $450 charge on my Visa.
