TIm's personnel really helped us out when my son got a swab stuck in his saxophone the night before the band had an early morning departure for a performance. Personnel gave us instructions over the phone on how to get it out and did not charge us for the advice. Needless to say, when my son wanted to add a soprano sax to his collection, we went to Tim's.
